Buildings
We gather the structural information for your engineering purposes. With the use of our GSSI GPR, we can determine rebar details in concrete / masonry. Our crews can also handle invasive jobs when access is limited or there is a hardlid ceiling.
Communication Towers & Mounts
The bread and butter of Iron Ring Mappings. We currently have 6 crews based around the country to perform at height mappings, from full structurals to mount mappings. A few techs also have SPRAT in order for us to access areas with ropes when a manlift would otherwise be needed.
Foundations
We utilize non-destructive testing as a preferred method but can also perform excavation or drilling to produce as-built and mod drawings for foundations. We can also coordinate for Geotechnical surveys if necessary.

Site Review & Quoting
Understanding the Scope of Work and site location we will provide you with a competitive quote and turn around time.

Scheduling
We will work with the property owner to coordinate a site visit and perform the mapping you entrusted us to do.
03
Deliverable
After the site visit we take our field notes and create a CAD drawing + final report for your team to use during design and construction. We average a 3 week turnaround from NTP to Deliverable.

What is your typical turnaround?
We strive to offer a 2-3 week turnaround following work approval.
Where can you work?
In the 50 states of the USA.
What is your Refund policy?
Should the client be unsatisfied we will offer a refund or a revisit for no additional fee.
How does billing work?
We prefer to set up ACH payment with our clients. After invoicing we expect 60-day payment terms.
What Invasive measures do you offer?
Our teams can cut and repair drywall, remove screen walls, drill/repair for rebar size, and dig for foundation verification. We can coordinate with roofers or GCs for additional needs.
What access techniques do you use?
We use typical climbing techniques but when that is not enough we also are SPRAT certified and can offer rope access. In addition we can use manlifts, cranes, snowmobiles, or atvs to ensure we have access to the area needed.
